Final photoshoot

Here are my final images from the photo shoot I did that included my top. I wanted a range of photos that displayed backdrops and included close ups so that detail could be found. The knitting on the top can be strongly seen as well as the draping and this allows people to see the full shirt rather than individual elements. These are my favourite photos and I chose them because I feel that from all the ones taken, these represent the theme I hoped I would achieve. The use of trees without leaves provides a winter atmosphere but the sun allows for strong highlights and allows the model to become bold against shadows. I didn't use woodland creatures in these though because I felt unless there was a grand set with various props, the animals would look misplaced and so I added a faux fur collar to make the coat look more royal.

I really liked this project as it allowed me to focus more on the photos and how to present an idea. Like the project before, I focused on the setting and I now have more experience with elements of presentation. The result of my top was what I hoped it would be; even though there wasn't much to work with and reconstruct, I made something I think people would wear and would be suitable in the context I based it around. I think the outcome of this project shows off my design and photography skills and I am pleased with the result.
